A.L. Downing Global Missionaries primarily consists of support-based missionaries. Each staff missionary is responsible for raising the majority of their salary. Most support comes in the form of donations from family, friends, and Living Faith Christian Center. In addition to teaching in the Living Faith School of Theology-Philippines, speaking in churches, various Ministers Associations, mayor devotions, establishing churches and assisting pastors with their building process. The staff missionaries are responsible for administrative duties, some teaching and training duties that allow the ministry to function. Also, ensuring that LFSoT-P and the ministry as a whole stay in compliance with the SEC (Security Exchange Commission).
